Admins at the account level can customize the taxonomy for portfolio items such as opportunities, pain points, and solutions. In this section, admins can:

• Rename each portfolio item in both singular and plural form.

• Modify the three parameters (e.g., impact, reach, cost) to suit organizational needs.
