Upgrade, downgrade or delete your account

Learn how to upgrade to a paid plan and get access to all features. Furthermore you see how you can cancel your subscription, delete your account, or change your billing address.

We offer four different self-service subscriptions:

  • a free-forever plan – for simple journey maps and quick results. Perfect to get started with journey mapping!

  • Repository – for creating and sharing professional journey maps.

  • Framework – for impactful journeys based on live metrics.

  • Governance – for seamless journey management, with all features to unleash the full potential.

You can upgrade / downgrade your account by clicking "Account settings" in the lower left corner of your dashboard.

Now click upgrade. From there you can enter the convert process.

Here you will need to pick your plan: Repository, Framework, Governance.

Add a discount code or VAT number.

Adding a VAT number also gives you the option to add a billing address.

Insert your credit card details.

If the payment was successful, you'll see this screen.

Go back to your dashboard and get back to work! You'll see the plan you are on in the lower left corner.

Downgrade

If you want to downgrade to the free plan at a later point, you will find this option also in the Account settings. Simply click "Cancel subscription", enter the text CANCEL and confirm. You will go back to the free plan at the end of the billing cycle. You will not be billed again.

Delete account

Go to your account settings if you want to delete your account. This action cannot be undone. You will have to enter your account name to make sure it's a conscious action. Please be aware that the deleted data cannot be restored.

You can sign up for the free plan and then upgrade to your desired plan from within the app.

Choose the number of users you wish to have on your account. Get more detailed information on users .
