Bulk card actions

Selecting multiple cards

You can select cards in three ways:

1. Lane selection – Select all cards in one lane.

2. Column selection – Select all cards in one column.

3. Manual selection – Hold Shift and click on multiple cards.

Actions available for all card types

No matter what type of card you select, you can:

• Add or remove tags

• Add or remove personas

• Delete the selected cards

Actions by card type

When you filter your selection by card type, more bulk actions become available. Examples include:

• Adding card headers

• Applying styling and text formatting

• Change the display type of portfolio cards

This helps you quickly adjust the look and structure of your map, especially when working with many cards at once
