HTML sharing of journey maps
With HTML sharing, you can share a read-only version of your journey map with anyone, even if they don’t have a Smaply account.
How to Share a Journey Map
As an Admin you can generate a public link from:
The journey map editor by clicking the Share icon.
The journey map list by selecting Share from the three-dot menu.
Steps to Enable Sharing
Click Enable Sharing
Copy the link and share it with anyone who needs access.
Important: Keep in mind that anyone with the link can view your journey map.
Password-protected sharing
Add a password to your shared HTML journey maps, ensuring that only the right people have access. Available for our Governance and Framework plans.
