You can invite people to a journey map, even if they are not part of your workspace or account.

How to invite users:

  1. Click the Share icon in the top menu of the journey editor, or open the three-dot menu in the journey map list and select "Share".

  2. In the "Manage user access" section, enter the email address of the person you want to invite.

  3. Choose their permission level (Admin, Editor or Viewer).

  4. Click Invite.

All journey maps shared with a user appear on their dashboard under the "Shared from outside" section.
